But after I got used to the feeling, my body became weightless, my worries went away, and I felt such a strong feeling of content. It was scary at first, I thought that I was going to pass out. But after going through the movements that were led by movement coach and breathing sequence I went through something that I never have achieved in my life…. Movement and Breathing Prep For The Ice BathĪt first I was skeptic, I wasn’t sure this was going to work. Being able to do the ‘in-person’ experience is truly the best way to do it. I got to live the entire experience in a group of about 100 people.
